I don't trust this girl, there's something creepy about her which is good. Nice job on the face and dress. Left forearm seems too short and the left hand doesn't seem quite right. It may be the finger next to thumb. I think it's too wide at the base.

Work on the hands and keep that expression . The title refers to a bit 'darker' farewell than just 'bye'. The background makes it look like she just stepped out of a painting or mirror (a little bit more contrast maybe to give the girl a bit of forward motion). Well done.
